Gayle Paccagnella

Gayle Katherine Paccagnella, age 71 of Pardeeville passed away peacefully Friday evening, June 3, 2016 at Tivoli Nursing Home in Portage. Gayle was born in Milwaukee on June 22, 1944 to Harry and Katherine (Charles) Gillard. She lived and worked in the Milwaukee area and later married Donald Paccagnella on September 17, 1994 in Waukesha; together they moved to rural Pardeeville in 2000. Gayle enjoyed the simple things in life: her family, camping, cooking, animals and spending time with her friends. She and Don also enjoyed traveling when her health allowed. Her contagious smile won't be forgotten. Gayle leaves behind her husband, Don, son, Rick (Linda) Hanley of West Allis and her daughter, Deborah (Jim) Byrne of Burlington as well as four grandchildren: Sarah, Ryan, Matthew (Danielle) and Katie. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren: Landon and Riley as well as other family and friends.

A memorial service for Gayle will be held on her birthday, Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Crawford Funeral Home in Montello. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. Chaplin Gloria Stubitsch will lead the service and private family inurnment will take place at a later date.
