John Quinn

John Cameron Quinn, age 83 passed away Sunday, January 10, 2015 at Harris Villa Assisted Living in Westfield. John grew up in Chicago, lived in Dolton, South Holland, then Orland Park before moving to Wisconsin. Devoted son of Mary and Arthur Sr., fond brother to Art Jr. and Peggy (John W.) Gilluly, beloved husband of the late Donna Rae (nee Johnston), loving father of Linda, Mark, and David, adored grandpa to Joshua (Tawny), Sean (Danielle Clancy), and Amanda, special great-grandpa of Avery and Grayson. Jack, as he was affectionately known, grew up in Chicago, lived in Dolton, South Holland, then Orland Park before moving to Wisconsin. Jack served in the Air Force then worked happily as an electrician as a long time member of the IBEW. He died peacefully while with family and friends. Services from Thornridge Funeral Home in Orland Park, burial at Mt. Hope cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation or the Alzheimer's Alliance.
