Josephine Polak, age 94 of Montello passed away peacefully, Thursday afternoon at The Residences on Forest Lane in Montello.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Josephine on Friday, June 19, 2015 at 11:00 am at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Montello. There will be no visitation. Father Time Renz will officiate and private family inurnment will take place at Ressurection Cemetery, Justice, IL.
