Mary Beahm

 Mary Ann Beahm, age 85 of Montello passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage.  She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.  Mary was born in Virginia, Minnesota on December 7, 1937 to Joseph and Theresa (Propst) Kindred, they later moved to Endeavor.  She attended Portage High School and was united in marriage to the love of her life, Lawrence “Bill” Beahm in Endeavor on September 28, 1957; together they were blessed with six children.  Bill preceded Mary in death on August 20, 2008.

Mary loved to bake and decorate all occasion cakes, crochet, play bingo and spend time with family and friends. 

Mary is survived by her daughter-in-law, Kathy Beahm of Montello and five children: Michael (Jennifer) of Montello, Herbert (Laurie) of Dalton, Theresa (Marc) Hauser of Maryland, Bonnie Heine of Montello and Amy (Kevin) Royal of Portage as well as 21 grandchildren:  Stephanie, Valerie, Brian (Jamie), Tyler, Rachel, Heather, Robert (Kristine), Aaron (Kegan), Sally (Curtis), Sylvia (Jake), William (Alyssa), Jaclyn (Jeremy), Matthew (Jessie), Joseph (Jessica), Jeremy (Caleena), Joshua (Sara), Amaris (Robert), Kyia, Charity, Malachi and Kaytelynn.  She is also survived by 40 great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law: Betty Kindred and Doris Scott, special friend, Betty Krist along with other extended family members and friends.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Timothy, son-in-law, Robert Heine and all her siblings.

A funeral service for Mary Beahm will be held on Friday, October 20, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Marquette Community Church in Montello.  Visitation will be held from 9:00 until 10:45 AM at the church.  Mary will be laid to rest following the luncheon at Marcellon Cemetery, rural Pardeeville.  In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to the family for a memorial that will be established in Mary’s name.
