Nancy Baker

Nancy A. Baker, age 76 of Montello passed away peacefully Tuesday evening, May 31, 2011 at UW Hospital in Madison. Nancy was born in Westfield, WI on April 16, 1935 to Charles and Beatrice (Lamphear) Fuller. She lived in various parts of the country throughout her life and returned to Montello to be closer to family. Nancy enjoyed reading, gardening and watching birds. She immensely enjoyed spending time with her family and will be greatly missed. Nancy is survived by two sons: Patrick of Thorp, WI and Joseph (Lora) of Montello as well as six grandchildren: Holly (Chris), Joseph (significant other Chrissy), Lindsay, Alexander (Michelle), Ashley and Marissa. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren: Austin, Elliana, Chloe and Riley and one sister, Kay (Robert) Gray. Nancy is further survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and dear friends. Preceding Nancy in death are her parents, siblings: Dorothy, Lola, Josephine and Duane as well as great-granddaughter, Isabell. Family and friends will gather in celebration of Nancy's life on Sunday, June 5, 2011 at the Montello City Park from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family.
