Richard Moody

Richard "Dick" Moody, age 87 of Montello passed away unexpectedly Sunday evening, March 9, 2014 at the Berlin Memorial Hospital. Dick was born in Milwaukee to Richard and Lillian (Bellin) Moody on June 13, 1926. He valiantly served his country as a member of the United States Army during World War II.
Dick is survived by his niece, Lynn (Jim) Wood of Neshkoro and two nephews: Richard (Barb) Moody of Cudahy and Chris (Kathy) Moody of Franklin as well as many great-nieces and great-nephews. Dick is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jack. A brief prayer service led by Pastor Clint Rudesill will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 14, 2014 at the Crawford Funeral Home in Montello. Full Military Honors will be performed by American Legion Post 351 of Montello immediately following the prayer service. Dick will be inurned at Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, King at a later date.
