Karen could predict, to the day, when the birds would return to her home. They all brought special meaning to Karen.

Karen especially loved “Somers” her special Golden Retriever as well as her house cats. She enjoyed the “Country Life” and all of the beauty it provided.

Karen was a prolific reader, she always enjoyed spirited conversation about world history, politics and current events.

Karen looked forward to all the family gatherings with her cousins and at Kim and Martha’s watching their children and grandchildren grow and sharing the special moments together.

Karen’s family would thank Nan, Lindsey and the incredible staff at Harris Villa, for their loving and compassionate care for Karen, with the help of Agrace Hospice’s comfort and support, Karen’s end of life journey was filled with love and caring.  May God Bless everyone who entered Karen’s life.
